depending on the extent, but at least 1.800,- Euro. Not applicable if we have been commissioned to carry out the construction work. (Additional fees will be charged to the architect and the authorities)

Management of your property and representation regarding the taxman on behalf of you
Has to be agreed in respect of the amount of work involved. We wave any free for management of properties sold or built by us.
I.G.I.C. is added to the above mentioned prices (VAT, currently 7%). Further services are billed based on agreement.
Extra charges involved in buying a property: The extra charges involved in buying a property should be calculated with app. 10-18% of the selling price (including tax, notary, title deeds and entry into the register of properties, real estate agent…). These charges are not included in the selling price and should be calculated on top.
