Visits are non-binding and free of charge. For visits outside the Aridane valley, e.g. to Tijarafe, Puntagorda, the rest of the north, Fuencaliente and the east side, we charge a nominal fee of
at least 30,– Euro depending on the distance.
This nominal fee is offset against the commission to be paid when a property is purchased.
