Not applicable if we have been commissioned to carry out the construction work. (Additional fees will be charged to the architect and the authorities)<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Registration of propert<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>1st registration 150,00 \u20ac, each further one 50,00 \u20ac.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Application for N.I.E. or N.I.F.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>50,- \u20ac<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Management of your property and representation regarding the taxman on behalf of you <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Has to be agreed in respect of the amount of work involved.
